I'm Dan, piano player for your next event.

Based in Bethlehem, PA, I have been playing piano professionally for 20+ years. I simply enjoy playing and bringing joy to people via music. It's a form of self-expression, and connection, that allows me to contribute to events in a unique way. From networking to receptions to dinners, my music provides the perfect complement to your next corporate, social, restaurant, or association event. Featuring instrumental & vocals, I enjoy traveling and playing venues across this great Commonwealth of PA, and beyond.

Having worked in the meetings/events industry for 10+ years (prior to starting "DAN MIES on the Keys"), I am about creating experiences, and approach every event from that mindset. Piano music complements so many types of events in so many ways, and I'm conscious of the impact it can have. I get it. To read a crowd and get into the minds of the attendees is an art, and it is a privilege for me to be able to do what I do.

What is my style? How far will I travel? My style can be best summed up as "classic piano," featuring songs from artists such as Sinatra, Billy Joel, Stevie Wonder, Elton, etc. The melodies are recognizable amidst improvisation, adaptable to the context/nature of your event. In terms of travel...try me. I tend to stay in the tri-state (PA, NJ, NY) area, but I'm always up for an adventure. I look forward to chatting soon!
